Building Safety Group Ltd provides competent health & safety advice and all managers have recently undergone BSG Health & Safety training for managers and are certified by BSG Ltd. Building Safety Group are also contracted to independently complete all EHS inspections, reports and audits for all our construction sites.

Our project manager develops the project execution plan (PEP) and project quality plan. The PEP will identify the scope and objectives of the project, key stakeholders, communication strategies, deliverables, methods of working, programme of work and all other systems and procedures used to control the execution of the project.
Our quality management plan describes the systems and procedures used to control the issue and approval of documents. MA24 provides a collaborative work platform for the control and issue of documentation with access for both MA24 and Client user groups.
We develop an environmental waste management plan for each project and site staff will comply with the relevant environmental requirements for each project. All relevant documentation is stored on the project file and is regularly audited by BSG our independent HS&E auditors.
